There has been a confirmed case of Equine Flu in a pony running in the North of the forest at Woodgreen.

The Verderers are monitoring the situation and are taking veterinary advice on the best course of action.

The Verderers would remind horse riders to take extra care if they go out onto the forest – avoiding livestock and communal water troughs.
