We have been made aware of a case of Bluetongue in the Forest Herd local to Brockenhurst. Commoners are asked to be extra vigilant and to speak to their vet to discuss any concerns. Vaccination is recommended. 

Bluetongue is not spread by animal to animal contact and poses no risk to humans.
